About Ann Alberti

My name is Ann Alberti and I have been teaching at a New Jersey public school for 35 years.  I began my career teaching in kindergarten and first grade.  Nine years ago I was trained as a Literacy Interventionist.  I work with students in grades kindergarten to fourth grade, helping them improve their reading skills.

By focusing on decoding skills, reading fluency and comprehension skills, my students begin to gain confidence as they read.  By gradually increasing text complexity, students build reading proficiency.  I would be happy to discuss your child’s reading progress and offer support if needed.
